Sorry guys--I'm lucky enough to live in NYC--Seaport Yarn and Knit NY both have it in stock, that I know of. It's also available here: http://www.woodlandwoolworks.com/Knitting/Yarn/Vittadini/VittadiniVol25/VittadiniVol25.html

As a very part-time knitwear designer I just have to say "tsk tsk" to the folks who were asking Synne to violate copyright law by distributing free copies of her Vittadini pattern.

This isn't the multi-billion dollar recording industry that can absorb a bit of theft.  When you avoid paying for copyrighted patterns you are hurting other knitters.  Almost nobody is getting rich on knitting, so c'mon folks, don't try to cheat. If you can't afford to buy a pattern, there are plenty of wonderful free patterns out there.  (I won't address the issue of how someone can afford a computer, internet access, the electricity to run all that, but cannot afford to pay for a knitting pattern.)

Okay, I'm hopping off my soap box, now!

An update on the knitalone:

Nothing too impressive yet, lots of rip and re-knit :-P

I like it Synne! I've been coveting that sweater myself. The pattern is only $10 - not bad for a designer pattern. I might put it on my project list for fall/winter. It's almost too hot for it here already. Keep us posted Synne! Smiley

So I went to the only remotely nearby store than carries Adrienne Vittadini patterns and they didn't carry the spring '05 book. The one with this cardigan in it. The one I wanted so badly. I settled for the fall '04 one, but it's just not the same.  Sad
