So I finished this in January as the boy's Christmas present (I decided to make him a quilt around October while taking a full course load and a part time job, not the best choice) but I'm finally getting around to showing it off. I know that it's not quilted and some call it a comforter because of it, but I haven't learned how to quilt yet so this is my version of it. Thanks for looking! C + C welcome!

I'm behind it so I could show him the full quilt.

This is the boy holding it up so he could show it off.

Showing Appreciation!

That's fantastic!!  I love the colors!!

Now that you've done one, you can always try machine quilting!!  It looks SO comfy!

Pshaw!  Don't let anyone tell you it isn't a quilt.  It's tied, which is perfectly acceptable.  If there was nothing holding the batting in place, then some grousing could be understandable - but this is a beautiful QUILT!  And it looks waaaaaay cozier than one quilted to within an inch of its life!  Great job - and kudos to the boy for his obvious appreciation of so much work. Wow, it's terrific!  Love your color choices, that's a lot of different fabrics in there!
