I've loved this swap...thanks a bunch Amy for organizing it.  It's been a lot of fun seeing stuff from all over the place, though I'm cracking up at the amount of candy everyone sent

I still need to post pictures of my package. I've taken them and even uploaded them onto my computer. I just haven't put them on craftster yet. I'll do that soon, I promise!

Also, I personally think there wasn't enough candy in the gallery. I'm a biiiig candy fan. The morning after I got my package, I ate nearly all the candy for breakfast (to suppliment the potato salad I also ate).

I remember that cycle, where they all had those IKEA duvet covers   I got both of mine at IKEA, one here in the States and one at IKEA in Sweden.  The thing is, the Swedish stuff doesn't fit quite right as our pillows are shaped differently and the duvet seems slightly smaller.  But, the fabric is better quality, it's softer or something.  Either way, I'm still a die hard IKEA fan

I've eaten some weird stuff for breakfast, but I can't say potato salad and candy was ever on the menu.....though it is definitely not something I'd rule out   We DO need to get together again soon, either for coins OR crafting.

Alrighty, here's pictures of the package twistmysister sent me from Australia!

The Candy! Everything was super yummy, but my favorite by far was the Cherry Ripe. A-MAZE-ING. I want 50 more. Yum. The Curly Wurly was really good too... I wish they had both in the US.


Awesome tote bag that I will definitely be using a lot. I really like that it has a zipper on top.


Last but not least, she filled a cookie tin (sans cookies) with little Australian treasures! It was so much fun to discover it all! There were cards from a local Casino, Australian stamps, a neat little ring, a cool old pin from a US-Aus Expo, a shell, 2 necklaces (one that she made and one with a gorgeous mother-of-pearl fish pendant), animal stickers, a bottlecap from her favorite beer, lots of really neat coins from all over, and a pretty little pouch. Did I miss anything?

Thanks for posting amy!  Glad you liked it, and awesome that you liked the candy too - i wish i could have crammed more in there!! Id send you a whole box of cherry ripes if postage $ wasnt so crazy!  Thanks for organizing, its been so fun and this gallery is absolutely brilliant! Great job everyone!!
