OMG!!! I am so going to make these!! Even though I am not a big fan for cream cheese in things, I might have to suck it up and try them!

So much deliciousness! I simply must try those cheesecake cupcakes. I'm a bit reluctant to try the oreo brownies for fear that they might prove more popular than my own brownies.
Um, and also I doubt you can get that brownie mix over here in the UK.

Well any mix will do honestly, I am just partial to that brand. You can also use your own recipe for brownies from scratch and just add the oreo and frosting!

I made the Cheesecake Brownies tonight...YUMMY! UMMMMM, I can't say how good they are. I could not find the chocobake in my area, so substituted a regular mousse envelope and it worked fine. The only mistake I made was not waiting until the brownies were completely cooled before adding the mousse topping. I couldn't wait! Now some of them have mousse that has slid off to the side. Good thing that doesn't effect the taste. Thanks for posting the recipes;)

Yay mrsc, I am so glad you tried the cupcakes! Chocobake is basically a pre-melted unsweetened chocolate and 1 envelope equals 1 ounce. Any unsweetened baker's chocolate will work as a substitute (I will go amend the recipe above to note this, thanks!). The recipe is a very old one, from my mother's good friend who passed away a few years ago, so it is very dear to our hearts here!

Just popped the chocolate/cheesecake muffins in the oven, we'll see how they turn out - I had to substitute random things, partially for being in sweden and partially for being, well, me Cheesy olive oil instead of regular cooking oil, apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar, all measurements a bit random since 2.365xxxxx deciliters is a bit hard to measure...
And now I'm gonna make a completely different mousse topping because I have no idea how to make what you described Wink (cream in which you melt low grade sweet milk chocolate, whipped into mousse... works insanely well for cake filling so it might work here too! funny enough it doesn't work at all with higher grade chocolates)
