Coat of Arms Swap?

Would anyone be interested in doing a coat of arms swap?  It could be your family's coat of arms or someone else...Or maybe you have different coats of arms for different family members...

This might be interesting.  I have two different coats of arms in my family.  I also love doing coats of arms for others.  I can think of a lot of crafting ideas for this one.

This was also an idea I have had for a tattoo for quite sometime!  I would get my maiden name coat of arms in the middle of my back if I ever get the time and money to get it!  I would love this swap. sounds like it would make for fun Christmas presents for random folks in the family too!

This sounds interesting. How about the alternative of creating a coat of arms for someone based on their location/interests/ethnic heritage?

Oooh I like the sound of this one - the only prob is I would then be advertising my family name in the gallery. Not too keen on that aspect of it.

Well, in my case, I could use my clan name instead of my family name.  If you belong to a larger clan, it's doable.

As in, there are a bunch of different small families that are under the protection of the MacDonald clan, but their names are not MacDonald.

And if you don't have a clan (think Scottish), you could just use an old family name, say maybe a grandmother's maiden name.
