My vote is for a three way swap (A-B, B-C, C-A if I'm not mistaken?) unless someone really wants two partners - three way seems to work better than double partners.  Although..this is a quick and easy swap, so maybe it doesn't matter.

I can't wait to really get started!  I've started a few things already, but obviously they will only work if my partner likes the colours I'm using.

I agree itchyfingers.
But if someone is really itching to do two partners then they can go for it.
I think three way would be easier as well, but if someone is very against being in the three way group please tell me immediately as I am starting to make partners

How did you like doing the Bella Mittens I have seen those and I do want to make them but I have to many projects like making sock monkeys and socks for my hubby.

With the exception of practicing my knit and purl on a swatch, the bella's mittens were my first knitting project.  I had some gray yarn laying around (acrylic) and did one mitten with that using dpns.  Hated the yarn and bought some better stuff and tried the circular needles.  I actually like the circular needles much better than the dpns and will avoid dpns if I can help it, which, so far,  i've been able to.

I was surprised at how easy the pattern was, I think it was just the length of the pattern that was scaring me, but I finally just jumped in and did it. So glad I did.

Re: the odd number of participants... the 3 way is just fine with me.  I've purchased some cotton yarn and am itching to find out who my partner is so I can do some "stalking".  There are so many great patterns out there!

Nope, not bad at all.  The only thing I goofed on was the cables... I was reading the instructions wrong and did the cables opposite of how they were supposed to be done, so I frogged it and started over.  I was just overthinking, and when I looked back I don't know what the heck I was thinking.

On a progress note:  I've made one item and have started a second.  New pattern and is coming along nicely.
