I was wondering if anyone has any good raw vegan recipes?  I have Juliano's book RAW, and while I do love many of the recipes, they're just so darned complicated and take so long to prepare... any recomendations?

I'm not Vegan I'm vegetarian, but for lunch today I'm cooking some pitta breads and inside I'm gonna put some warm falafel, I think they're vegan arent they? And also in the pitta breads I'm putting chopped up orange peppers, cucumber, tomato and salad and it's healthy & yummy!

i'm not a raw vegan, infact i'm not even vegan, but i got a raw vegan cook book. i haven't made anything out of it because as you said, everything is really complicated, it seems to take over this woman's life.  Its called "Living in the Raw".  If you want it, I will trade it with you for something, i don't know what.  Let me know.

revolution gets me hot.

if you aren't totally raw (i certainly am not) you may want to check out the cookbook "incredibly delicious: the vegan paradigm cookbook"  no author...i think it was published by a collective...it's huge, with lots of recipes.   there are about 50 pages of raw recipes, mostly salads of course, but also some entrees, deserts, breads. and none of it looks too complicated.  i haven't made any of the recipes from the raw section yet but i like the other recipes in this book a lot.
