So I'm a little spider obsessed these days. > . >

The story behind these is one of my characters has a pair in a dark violet. And I decided I needed a pair for myself.

Sadly I did not have dark violet crochet thread so my pair are white.
I want to get some spider charms & medium to big-ish lobster clasps to use as closures for the anklets. As right now they are held closed with some scrap thread.
Next on my to-do list... matching handflowers. :'3

These are so cool! Did you use a pattern or make it up yourself??? I am so jealous! Grin

Thank you! I'm very happy with how they turned out. x33
I based most of the web part off of a pattern I found on Ravelry. Everything else was make it up as a went. :'3
Three prototypes later and I have my pattern. x3

lordy me - those things are gorgeous! they're probably the coolest thing i've ever seen crocheted (is that the right past tense of 'to crochet'? hell, i don't know). i also agree with everyone else in that they'd look lovely with a pair of flip-flops too.

hitting this rocks. Smiley

Thank you so much.

Sadly my mate doesn't comprehend the awesome factor.

ThunderLightning
Thank you. (and crocheted sounds right to me. :'o )
I have a pair of black wedge style flip flops that these go great with.

I'll be sure to post more photos once I finish my matching handflowers. :'D
