Thanks to audio-astrophysics and her puzzle-along, and craftADDchick for sending me some puzzles, I've had a new addiction this past couple of weeks. I've been altering jigsaw pieces at every opportunity! Cheesy

I decided to work on them at random, pulling them out of the bag one at a time and working on them in whatever direction I felt like.

Here's the finished puzzle. Some are upside down or sideways, but I quite like the effect.

I think this could make a cute frame if I made another one.

I was wondering what an altered puzzle would look like when it was all finished!  Beautiful job Phizzy!  And I agree that the second picture would make an awesome frame.  Cheesy

it is really neat looking assembled.  I think the frame idea takes the cake though.

I've been admiring your pieces as you've posted them, but oh geez... it's sooo neat all put together!  And I love love love the frame!
You should come back to the STS and offer frames, I would definitely claim a few! Cheesy

Thanks! Cheesy

It took me forever to put it together, just relying on seeking out the right shapes. Much harder than a normal jigsaw! Cheesy

This is so cool! I love the idea of using it for a frame. That would be a great way to recycle old puzzles that are missing some of the inside pieces.
