This is from  a month or two ago.  Little punk rock outfit for my little man.  I made the hoodie and the pants from scratch and ironed the skull on a onesie.

To make the pants, I used a pair that fit him well as a guide.  I did the same for the hoodie as he had a sweater that fit him pretty well and I used that as a guide.  The hoodie is made from fleece and has a separating zipper.

The baby sized vans were a gift from a friend.  They were soooo cute!  I'm sad he's too big to wear them anymore.

I am anxiously awaiting the time that indie has enough hair to fauxhawk.  Cheesy Thank you all for the compliments. The hoodie actually wasn't too bad to make, it's basically a little shirt with a hood.  You should give copying clothes a try.  Worst that will happen is that you will not do it perfectly and you'll learn what you can do better the next time.  I became inspired to just go for it with not using patterns for Indie because there are simply not that many good patterns for boys.

im like a month late on this, but you know how some shoes have the little loops on the back to help slide them on..... well if they have those run a string or something through them and hang them from your rearview mirror, or sew some on and do it.  or hang them on your christmas tree... or door knob, you get the idea right lol.

thats what i did with my sons first pair of converse, that he only wore once.
