TheSapphireMoon  - That top is so pretty.  Great fabric choices, and beautiful construction.  I hope I am as good of a seamstress as you someday.

The bird makeup case fabric is ADORABLE, where did you get that?  Love the apron and the circus shirt especially, and the jelly fam is fun too.

Thanks! I got the fabric at JoAnn's.

and a gratuitous baby shot of Noah in his new Union Jack hat, he totally loves it but he has a grump on because I was opening a parcel and cooing over everything when I should have been feeding him!

Oh my goodness the hat is huge on him!  He'll grow into it I guess =)

Ha ha it's actually not that big at all, he just refused to keep his head straight enough to take a photo, it will definitely fit him by Xmas when my folks come over from the UK.

Embarrassed ahh thank you!! but I guess this might be cheating a bit then hahahahahahahaha  Cheesy the lettering and the crown were cut out (on sticky back vinyl) on my Cricut Personal Cutter Machine and then I air brushed the paint. I don't scrapbook but I wanted to get more into stenciling and that was one of the main reasons for the Cricut. Most of the stenciling on shirts that I have done has been cut out by the Cricut. Wayyyyy faster too!! Wink

So I assume you are using the software with the cricut, not just the cartridges right?

Hey all, I received my package from mouser882 yesterday but didn't have time to post before work.  She made me many super cute items.  My themes were: bicycles, crows/ravens, poppies, steampunk, and octopii.

So let the pics begin!

In this photo there are the tentacle arm warmers, a steampunk wrist band with an applique skeleton key with little gear things, an adorable tote bag with poppies and poppy barettes, and a cute coin purse with a bike on it and some cute little birdy extras.  I think the coin purse will evolve to hold my tire patch kit because its the perfect size.

And an action shot of the poppy barettes, including me making a goofy face.
And finally, this may be my favorite, the stuffed crow

first hanging out with my puppy and then prepared for flight

It's the Sure Cuts-a-lot software!!!!! It's soooooo much fun!!! You have a little more freedom with that software for using downloaded fonts then what they have on the cartridges alone. Cheesy

I hope you like everything, Poppi!
The crow was probably my favorite too. He didn't come out the way I wanted but I thought it was a pretty cute chubby pellet of a crow. I hope to one day figure out how to make a more realistic one. The crocheted flowers were originally going to be the poppies on the tote, but they didn't work right so they became barrettes! I liked how it came out better than my original idea anyway. I had some trouble with the steampunk theme cause I know it when I see it but it's hard to put a finger on it. I hope the cuff is okay. I hope the arm warmers fit, too - they were called leg warmers but they seem to me awfully tight to fit legs.
Thank you for a great swap!
