So glad someone bumped this up!!  I came across this in my random wanders through the older posts.. then couldn't find it when I wanted to make it.  I bought an XL man's shirt to make this.. and it happens to be a 'tall'  so extra long as well.  this should help as I am 5'9"..  will try to post a pic if it turns out okay.   The original is waaaaay cute BTW..

I really like your idea here, so I've pretty much shamelessly copied your version. The only change I made was the straps, because regular ones just work better for me.

I like how nicely tailored you were able to get this dress, since it was hand tailored for your own body. Smiley I think I should make a dress like that, most of my summer dresses are quite loose, and I have to belt them to attempt give the dress some suggestion of a flattering shape.

The dress look quite impressive i like it, I would like to buy this type of dress for my gf. But she always preferred Tailored suits, but hope she ll love this dress.
