Hi hi! This is my first post on Craftster so Hi to all!!

I went to a black & white club night recently and only had a week to prepare so I decided to go as a Zebra.

I bought a white dress (for only 5 euro!!) and cut stripes out of adhesive vinyl to use to mask-0ff areas I wanted to remain white. I used acrylic paint to paint all the black stripes on the dress.

I then painted my ears, face, hair, neck, chest and arms. My lovely boyfriend painted some false nails for me too!

The boots, tights, corset and bag (previously a make up bag) were bought.

I didn't mean for it to look so scary but it kinda was!!

i think it only looks scary because you don't have the same shape nose as a real zebra.
then again, on any other day, it's probably a good thing not to have a nose like a zebra.

impressive painting!

Hey, welcome to the site!  The whole outfit looks great!
The scary-ness is kinda cool! I love when people go all out for costumes.

Aw thanks all...and yes I am glad most days NOT to have a nose like a zebra!!! Cheesy It was my first time really using facepaints but it was so much fun painting myself!!

I adore dressing up and always go as all out as time permits!! I'll put up another couple soon.
