Needing a little help.
I am currently crocheting a strawberry cowl cake (scarf) and I wanted the edging as well as around in the middle of the cowl to look like frosting.

If you think you have an idea to how this frosting in the photo i'm providing would crochet up, please let me know. I'm familiar with stitches but not so much looking and guessing. I think it's either single/double crochet combined? Any help would be AWESOME. Thank you..

It looks like simple shells to me - like slip, skip 1, 4sc in next, skip 1 type of repeat... but I'd guess shells.
