I finally got this guy done and edited!  I'm just thrilled with the way he came out.  Both of my kids keep trying to steal him!
He's 24" long from skull to toe....

My oldest son has this creepy talking skeleton... It's suppose to teach you about the human skeleton.  Logan loves it but it isn't too cuddly... this guy on the other hand?... Yeah, I've been asked to make another.

My mother wants me to design accessories since every fashionable skeleton must be well accessorized lol.  We'll see.  He was fun to design.  The skull was my most challenging part but I'm really happy with the way it came out.  I wanted him to be as realistic as I possibly could but still make him easy enough to recreate.

Wow!! He turned out great!  How long did it take?  It was well worth the time.  The skull is awesome, I love the jaw, you did an amazing job!!! Can't wait to see some accessories, maybe a pirate hat and an eye patch?
