So I've finally got up the nerve to post these on here... I made this soap and the packaging for it as a class project.  I carved the shape for my soap out of a dense yellow foam, then made a mold of it with a silicon based rubber.  I then melted some unscented soap and added my scents.

The whole concept behind the idea was a his and hers Valentine's Day soap-- an Adam (for the dude) and an Eve (for his lady).

What do you think?  Comments and critiques are much appreciated, as always.

WOW! Proffessional quality all around. The packaging is beautiful, and the shape of the soap is unusual but not ridiculously so. What class was this for?

I see from your blog that you cut all of those little teardrop shapes out by hand.  Crazy and beautiful.  Great job!

That is beautiful! I love the leafy cutout on the front, so creative and unique. The dark red and white look so nice together. What scents did you use?

Wow, these look so luxurious! The packaging and soaps look like something from an expensive boutique. These would make a great wedding gift tucked in with a candle, a couple of wine glasses, and a bottle of champagne.
