i'm going to try to make this wheat-free using Bob's Red Mill GF baking flour! thanks for the recipe--it looks delish for summer!   Cheesy

I'm not a baker, but I can follow a recipe.  I didn't haven't much luck with this one, though.  Sad
The batter was super watery and evaporated out super fast, leaving some of my cupcakes burnt and others still mushy gushy.  Oh well.
