I am sure some of you may have seen this recipe before but it is very good, and very easy.
Instead of taking the time to bake an ENTIRE cake when you only want a piece, whip this up! All you need is some basic ingredients, a large mug, a microwave and about three minutes!

You will need:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder (don't use anything sweetened)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
Dash of salt

First, stir together the dry ingredients in your mug, then add the wet ingredients and mix well. Next, put the mixture in the microwave for two minutes. The cake will rise to the top of the mug. Finally, grab a spoon and dig in! I can never finish it all at one time, but this is perfect for those late-night chocolate cravings.

*** I have had friends make this a "special" way. My advice to you, if you choose to add that "special" ingredient, is to cook it in a little bit of butter before making the cake. It does work though. ***
