Mmm, that looks great.
I had cooked rice left over from last night's Indian food, so I fried it up with some onions, tomatoes, and an egg, with curry powder and a few herbs, topped with grated cheese when it was done. Tastes pretty decent for a made up recipe!

I'm currently chowing down on a bowl of rice with a stir fry favourite of mine.

1 baby Chinese cabbage, the long ones, but any cabbage would probably do
A few flourettes of broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
2 lajiao peppers (I live in China, sorry! They look like green chillies but with the seeds out are mild. Capsicum would be fine)
Black pepper
A good lashing of white vinegar
A small splash of dark soy sauce

Whack the garlic first in the pan or wok, add the other veggies and then the sauces. Stir like a mad woman (or man). Eat

Yummo!  Grin

I'm drooling on the keyboard and may electrocute myself. That looks FABULOUS. Is there a recipie? Though "parsnips, turnips, carrots, celery, onions, and lots of spices" is a kind of recipie.

Well, I'm sure vegetable bullion cubes were used, but no, no real recipe. My aunt bought a bunch of root veggies and decided it was soup day. Smiley

Ah, we just made another one with butternut squash added to it!
