Freeland is such a crap-fest.  Nothing to do, you have to drive 20 miles to get to a craft store. . . grrr. . .

Uhhh, I am in Caro... about 25 minutes east of saginaw....I am in saginaw often. Thats where I have to do all my shopping.

I'm from Midland, and we don't have a lot of stuff-- there's Joann's, Michael's, and if you're into sewing, Material Mart has a lot of fun fabrics, and an o.k. assortment of yarns.  There's a scrapbooking store over behind the mall that I really like, too.

Saginaw Township resident.  Would love meeting with other crafters from time to time for coffee and conversation, swapping projects/ideas/etc.  Particularly into my knitting, quilting, beading and home dec.   New yarn shop behind Daddy's Rich Bitz on State St, Saginaw.

i live in saginaw! well, part time anyway. i grew up there and my parents still live in the township and i visit all the time.

there are plenty of crafty gals in saginaw. i know quite a few anyway.

Hey beauty queens.
I'm from Saginaw but I just moved to Frankenlust, super close to Delta. The Salvation Armies in Midland and Bay City are absolutely the best. I'm pretty new to the crafting scene but I'm a seasoned thrifting veteran. The aforementioned thrift stores and Goodwill and The Old Town thrift stores in Saginaw are the best for finding vintage fabric and clothes to refurbish.

Okay, this thread is super-old, but I've never been to this section of craftster before and just saw it and got way too excited that there are so many people in my area. I'm in Wheeler (which I bet none of you even know, since out claim to fame is a blinking light and a sugar beet receiving station), between Alma and Saginaw. Looking for holiday craft fairs in the area that aren't already filled up, as I just made the mental commitment to actually get out there and try to sell some of my things, and happened upon this thread and wanted to say hi.
