I'm not sure where to put this, so "Miscellaneous" seems appropriate.
I'm absolutely obsessed with this soap, and I keep it in my lingerie and pajama drawers because it smells so great. But it sometimes leaves soap residue on things, so I wanted to make little bags to keep it in.
Enter this fabric:

Isn't it gorgeous? I bought a remnant of it- only about a half yard, and didn't know what to do with it. While looking through my hoard for something else, I found the scrap and thought "oh, that's perfect!" So, without further blah, blah, blah:

Close up to show the opening for soap and more fabric detail:

Hey they're similar to those tissue holder thingies!  What a great idea to put in your drawers, and the fabric IS lovely.

The fabric is beautiful and what a great idea to make soap bags!!  I used to store my favorite Ayurvedic soap in my drawers for the fragrance and this would have been so helpful.  I'm going to try this.

Lovely idea.  I wonder if I could put all of my soap scraps in something like this.

Nice job.
