I made this for a Cover-up contest, I thought I could share it with you, since I REALLY loved how they came out.
I was very lucky to run into a friends of my brother, Carolina & Agatha, show them the dresses, and ask them if they could model for me. I explain everything about the contest and they got also so excited that promise to help me. I was juts thinking about taking the pictures myself you know, totally amateur but turns out Agatha is a Photographer and Carolina used to model, so thanks to them I got this beautiful shoots of my stuff.  it made me feel like, you know, when you finally see your work finished and yo see that people look good on it, you feel proud of yourself. This are really the first clothing I make, I've made bags, but I was, kind of afraid to do clothing. Enjoy!!

My first entry for the contest. Caftan style, You can wear this on any occasion, day or night with some sexy jeans and high heels. It's made off Cotton Fabric with silver printed spots.

My second entry, Cotton dress, also inspired in the Yucatecan Huipil embroidery flowers, the belt is separated to wear with something else.

This is my favorite, I really LOVE this one, I made inspired in the regional dress from Yucatan, Mexico,  the "Huipil" which I've always loved, but wanted to give a modern look for the new generations.

Thanks for watching.  Wink

Nice! I like all three, they have such a great summer feeling to them! You must be very proud to see your own work in a professional photoshoot. I especially like the first photo!

agreed. The first one is amazing. Dress and photo.

I have no special talent, I am only passionately curious.

I especially like the first one, which is so simple looking but elegant, and also looks so comfortable!

Did you win the contest?!  If you didn't the judges are blind because these cover-ups are very pretty.  I really like the last one.
