Just got a Yudu, and it got me interested again in silkscreening. I had a pretty good setup before a long distance move two years ago, but had to leave exposure and drying stuff. Having everything integrated into one unit is really great.

I finished my first shirt printing project this afternoon - everything went well . . . once I go the emulsion sheet dried on the screen. Took a lot longer than the 20-30 minutes its supposed to.

When I did silkscreening before, I used my heat transfer machine to set the ink once it was dry on my cotton t-shirts . . . but for the life of me, I cannot remember temp or time. If anyone can give me a little help with that info I will be very grateful.

Tried winging it this afternoon - 300 degrees F for 60 seconds with fairly heavy pressure - hoping that it was enough. I was afraid that any higher temp or time might scorch the fabric.

This site and forum look really interesting - think I'll be spending some time here.
