I have been trying out the ice cream maker I got for my birth day. So far I have tried a variety of vegan safe milks like coconut, soy, almond...I have been having fun.

I made vanilla Brazil nut ice cream for my dad yesterday...I used a almond-soy milk base and a half cup of chopped nuts. I added a whole shelled nut to the center since I over bought them & wanted to use 'em up.
