See what did I say about the virtues of squishing everything into a tiny padded envelope when sending overseas! Glad you received and I forgot to add a note about the items but they're pretty self explanatory and I put a post about what they are made of.

Should be able to get photos of my parcel up tomorrow sorry for the wait  Embarrassed

Phew, I'm glad it's arrived - I was just beginning to worry... and I've inadvertently deleted the photos off my camera, so I don't even have any record of having made anything!   Grin

Here is the cool package I receved from mink_bikini.

She sent me a bag in my favorite color, Some note cards also in my favorite color, and some cute dotees (that I have been collecting).

The blue one has a little pocket in the back. The little flower child is just cute as can be. Thank you for everything.  Cheesy

That's such a sweet package! I really had a hard time visualizing what could be squished into a small envelope, but now I know!
I really love that purple fabric!
Great Job Mink!
On the shrug thing... I was in a thrift last night, looking for a sweater to make one with myself, And I realize just how hard it is to find the right sweater. I was only looking for cotton, and a turtleneck to get the collar. I didn't find one. But not to give up! Being an XL doesn't make the finding any easier! But I WILL find one!

Here are my wonderful goodies from MadGypsy:

A Union Jack book bag which actually has the city I grew up in (Oxford) and also Charles Dickens who was born and bred in the city I last lived in, in the UK, all of this was complete co-incidence I can only assume, unless my partner has some spooky psychic powers!

A gorgeous clutch bag with bottle cap brooches and a pair of matching bottle cap earrings inside.

A Matryoshka fabric wallet which is sooo cute, I love this fabric!

Not to mention the three vintage scarves I received which wrapped everything up, a cute coin purse with a heart on, ahhh and a book on jazzing up your home from 1972 which has hand drawn pictures inside (printed) which I thought was adorable .

Thank you so much for everything MadGypsy x
