Thanks!!

If anyone is lazy about drawing 1 inch squares, like I am, you can download 1inch grid paper from this page.  I've printed and measured them, and it's good!  You download a PDF, so when you print, make sure you don't have "auto-fitted" selected.

This is a great idea.
If you have the funds, I recommend investing in a punch (inchies are addictive, so it's not like you won't be making more). I found mine at Michael's when all of the craft punches were on sale, and I know those 40% off coupons aren't too hard to find in this crowd.

We're on craftster because we love to create. Why should we settle for what we currently are?

I get the coupons straight to my email.  Just sign up for the email list and all you'll need to do is hit print.  A JoAnns' worker recommended that to me since every time they ask me if I brought my coupon I would tell them that mom took it.  So now we both get the coupons and don't have to fight over them!

LunaKitten... wouldn't a sonic screwdriver probably be the ultimate craft tool?!  It would do everything!  Another reason to get one!!!

I'm very excited for this swap. When I was in residence at university there was a Michael's about half a block away from me. There was nothing else, just an awesome craft store. I live in Toronto and there are no Michael's (that I know of) in the city! All the one I can find are in the suburbs and I don't have a car Sad
