I remember seeing Liz Lemon wearing the coolest greet beanie and I am SO happy that I finally found a pattern to make it!!!!
However, I changed the pattern a little bit so that it would resemble more of liz lemons hat rather that a slouchy hat.
-I knit it with 2 strands to make it bulky
-I started to decrease after 4.75 of the total hat length so as to not make it slouchy
-I also shortened the decrease rows.
If youre interested in any more details, then please let me know =)

The pattern can be found on ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/high-street-hat by Sarah Moore.

I didn't want to overload this page with pictures, but additonal pics can be found on my blog http://tarzioo.blogspot.com/2009/07/tina-feys-hat-as-seen-on-30-rock.html"

The hat is cute and you look like my friend Tanya. What was her son said? Yeah for Weirdos!

It is a really good match, it really is. Wear it with pride!

I love this hat! I am going to try to make it the size/shape that you made yours, but I am new to hat knitting and I have a couple of questions.

What do you mean by "I also shortened the decrease rows?"

Also, in the pattern, she refers to "knit 1 round even" - what does this mean? Does it mean one row is knit all the way around, the next row is the yo/k2tog pattern?

I really appreciate any tips! Thank you!
