this is how this sad dresser started it's life.


during it's makeover



Close up of detail work

took me total of three trips to the store, once for paint, once for stencils then once more for food! took me about 6 hours to complete and billions of coats of blue paint.

I like te color a lot.  What kind of paint did you use and did you spray it on, or use a brush?

thanks everyone! I think it's the prettiest blue I ever did see. The gal at the paint store was very excited to mix it. She said she usually just deals with beige! Smiley

I sanded everything down, then painted it with Beur paint using a sponge/foam brush. (makes for a smoother finish). Then I stenciled with stencil cream and sealed the whole thing with clear sealant (about 6 coats).
