Some fancy foot decor for the harem.  It's made of some unknown gunmetal alloy and purple and green glass beads.  They aren't yellow, I don't know why they look yellow in all my photos.

I used a chain from another necklace and a cheapish ring.  I cut the ring and filed the cut smooth so that it was adjustable, soldered a jump ring to it, and snipped the chain up and re-formed it into foot shape (it kind of looks like a thong when laid out).  The beads were a quick save as I ran out of chain and needed something to hold it together.  They're wired with 20g craft wire. 

It's not difficult if you've got the tools at hand (wire cutters, pliers, solder or epoxy, files), and wearing it makes you feel really fancy.  I was going to try crocheting one with fine cotton and beads (or little bells) next.  If I manage to, I'll post it and the pattern I make too.
