Just finished this project based on a pattern by Julie McCullough (Magic Threads) .  I added the little needle felted beard and hair, and as always had a great time picking through my fabrics to find the right pieces.  Their faces and the feather embellishments are painted with acrylics and they hang from fishing line.  I have a few other patterns from Magic Threads that I'm excited to try - cute stuff!

This is fantastic! I love the colours and fabrics that you used. Was it very complicated to do? I like to paint fabric too, you can get so many variations when you mix the colours right there on the fabric.
