those r soooooo pretty but i htink i'll stick with the paper stars just becuz they look a hell of a lot easier than teh straw ones! lol! Grin

I always make the paper stars, but I have to go to MG and get some straws!! Those are so pretty and I really hope I can follow the instructions to make some.

neither worked for me, i didn't under stand the directions,my paper straw looked like a hexagon and my straw starw as a mess.......i didn't understand the straw one especially........were you supposed to do the 6 other triangles on the same straw?

OK totally only got the first point of the straw stars....we need some super easy directions....maybe i'lll try it again after Gilmore Girls..... Cool

i made these out of some varnished curling ribbon. they are really really tiny though, so some of them are coming apart a little >_< but other than that i really like how they turned out. i made them three weeks ago or so.

i made some of the little paper ones withsome fool panda paper i got in china town in san fran. but the straw ones confuse me, i'm tryingat the moment to make them, but i'm about to just give up and make them like the paper ones to see how it looks...i'll try later!!! Grin the finished stars look awesome everyone!!!!

I turn them into earrings, bracelets or just put them into a jar and give it to a friend Smiley

Those straw stars seems complicated though..

A great place for plastic colored straws is IKEA.  They have tons of colors and change each season - for CHEAP!
