It will all frey I went for total rule breaking lol.  so you essentially take your interfacing lay a strip on it then another overlaid just slightly and sew a strip.  Then sew another strip overlapping there too.  Leave about a 1/4" of edge on both pieces to each side of your seam (so your overlap is about 1/2") This will allow it all to frey as you carry it (or you can speed up the process with a run through the washer)
