I am back after a longish break.   Smiley

I was moderately inspired by the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland.  I had this irridescent, shiney-ish, white material that I bought for an ice queen costume and found that it had streaks and pulls in nearer to the selvage edges.  The middle was okay, so I made a white rabbit.

She has a removable wig and her dress is made of a fat quarter that I couldn't live without.  I tried to leave it in the store but it taunted me!  "You'll regret not buying me," it said.  I'm glad I listened.

And she's MINE, ALL MINE Smiley Yes, and more stunning in real life. I wouldn't mind even calling her Alice, Ghilie if you don't mind.

So pretty! I love the expression on her face and (for reasons even I cannot fully explain) I am drawn to the black ribbon in her hair. Gorgeous bunny!

Very pretty.  I can't believe the smooth effect people get when sewing poppets.  What stitch do you use when sewing?  Is it a stretch stitch?  What tension?

I think there must be something wrong with my brain.  My immediate thought upon reading her back story and seeing the white rabbit ears was that she looked more like the offspring of Alice and the white rabbit than Alice herself.
