I love your use of colour in these pieces, and the sheer imagination required to design these is inspirational. I too look forward to seeing more of your posts  Smiley

I think everything you made is so beautiful, but in an oddly beautiful way. Even thought I've never seen anything like that before, and therefore would have nothing to compare it to, I somehow know those are just beautiful. I love what you were inspired by. I too thought a lot of the hats had a steampunk in pastel type feel to them. Can't wait to see more of your work!

Those are really cool, very clever Smiley If you don't mind I've nabbed them for my "inspiration" folder that's full of things I like to look at when I'm in a crafty slump Smiley.

Edited to add: this totally rawks!

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.

Seriously amazing. Incredible.

I'm curious about how these are made. In the second photo, it looks as though the one on the left is button-tufted? Also, is the um, accordion-thing folded (kinzashi-style) or sewn pleats? And the fabrics, are they significant? Please, please tell us everything.

(I'm in love.)
