I received a wonderful box of goodies from katilady this weekend. She did a great job on her first swap and I cannot wait to use everything she sent.

First up is a collection of awesome paper ephemera like stamps, old letters, Asian themed paper, mullberry paper, music sheets and a Frank Lloyd Wright calendar.

Next is some awesome mixed media craft books and supplies like scrabble tiles, old photographs and altoid tins.

More art supplies including a handcarved stamp!

And finally bamboo knitting needles, bamboo yarn, soap and buttons.

I don't know what I don't know. But I want to know.

Mine are packed to the gills - waiting for payday (Wednesday)...
DH will have to mail for me as I'm having surgery for a herniated disc. It will go out, just take a few days for me to post the DC#.

Hooray!  Glad you will have a use for it all Smiley  Anxiously waiting for my box from my other partner....as I got a HUGELY MASSIVE box from RondaS today!  Will be snapping some pics tomorrow or Wed when I am off.  Spent the evening organizing and sorting into containers, as many of the baggies busted open in transit despite the 'padding' of fabrics in the box  Cheesy  It all arrived in one piece and was SOOOOOOOO heavy!  Love it all Ronda, and will be soon getting something together for the personal swap we working into this supply swap!

I received a super awesome box from AsphaltQueen today! I was on the phone with my best friend (iheartzb) when I opened it and I gasped with joy and I had to explain to iheartzb what was going on.  She's excited for my box too since there are some crochet patterns that I'm going to share with her(I don't know how to crochet...yet)!
Anyway on to the pictures:

Tons of patterns, booklets and magazines (cross stitch, knit, crochet, sewing, plastic canvas)...Check out the California Raisins!!!

I love the granny square bikini in this one (and it may be the reason I finally learn how to crochet!) and the batik booklet.

And that's not all...AQ sent me GORGEOUS yarn...alpaca and the prettiest silk I have seen and it's in my favorite colors-green, pink and yellow!

But wait...still not done....she sent me a spindle and roving!!!!! I've been dying to learn how to spin, but never in a million years thought I'd get a spindle and roving in this swap! I am sooo excited for this and can't wait to have a day off to try it out!

Thank you AsphaltQueen for all of the wonderful goodies! And thank you superhooker for matching us up!   Grin  Grin  Grin
