Thanks for the compliments!    The munchkin loves her "wooly pants" as she calls them.  And yup, I had just enough yarn.  The blue ruffle at the bottom is a tad bigger than I would have liked, but it works.  I used every last bit, all that is left are little 3" long scraps from weaving in my ends.    I was so glad to be able to make them into pants instead of capris, since fall is on the way here.
