I finally got my camera working, so here's pics of what the fabulous sheepBlue made for me!
Her art is really gorgeous in person, I hope it shows nicely in these photos...Emma, if you have better shots, you should post them, everything is soooo kickass!!!
First up, this awesome mermaid, (the "fin" part is like embossed leather, it is bumpy to touch!! There are so many cool parts to this peice!), and the cutest little guy ever! I didn't get a back shot, but his little buns are buttons!
Next, this beautiful art peice, and a huge set of hand colored cards! (atsuko got one of these!)
Here's a close up of the art, it is really dimensional. There are like thousands of tiny details!!
Next, this awesome cross stitch from my wist! This one is to make the Hubby happy...
And this one makes me happy!!
Next up....maybe the family favorite? That's a hard call....but the Hubby keeps bringing people into the living room to show it off...BUNNIES HAVING TEA!!!!
I'm noticing now that this picture is crappy. I'll get a better one when I have it all framed and hung. Please just believe me that it is the best thing ever.
Here is my new knitting/fiber shrine! The Ram's head is done in polymer clay, and it is really well done! The background has dictionary pages with "knitting" definitions!
Here's some more polymer clay mastery! Check out this octo-necklace! It is kinda fragile, so I'm going to put it in my favorite window as more of a sun-catcher. Next to it, is the yarn and needles necklace that I definitely WILL wear!
Lastly, but not leastly...My new teacups!!! They are the tiny style ones, and they say "Bitch" (mine) and "Whore" (hubby's). In front of them is a supercute necklace with little Buddhas! LOVE!!
So, yeah, in summary, sheepBlue rocks the IYP house...and I can't wait till we can all get together again! Thanks so much for everything, I really really love it all!!!
