Simple Sailor Skirt

Simple gathered sailor skirt with partial elastic waistband. It is made of cotton sateen, poly/cotton trim, and a sheer polyester lining. The waist ties are detachable at the front buttons  I added the rows of topstitching to the trim after the fact
