This was a Christmas Gift in a swap, this past Christmas - the theme was cats so what better to use than my own kitty Buffy - who enjoys sitting in boxes - any size any time.

after cropping the photo I printed it out on cotton, layed with fabrics, beaded, and added the Nine, also printed out on fabric - for "nine lives" - to finish out the fabric shrine.

Buffy was born in a shed where I work, her mom a underweight wild cat, died when Buffy and her litter mates were only 4 weeks old, after several days of trying - my friend and I were able to catch them, Giving the kittens a second chance - once Buffy figured out humans had food, she tamed down and became Queen of our home - Her Brother Spike lives with us as well and her sister is with my Friend - all living happy lives now.
