Cultural differences are so amusing.
When I saw the pictures, they come across as unknowingly offensive because your peace signs are backwards, generally meaning "f*** you" where I'm from.
But I guess Americans just do it like that!

I was going to comment on the hand gestures as well.  Showing the back of your hand with the first two fingers extended was a HUGELY offensive gesture as in those days they would cut off those two fingers of criminals, captured enemies, as well as other distasteful members of society.  It would restrict a person from using a bow to hunt and/or fight and made daily chores and activities almost impossible, it would also greatly reduce the ability to maintain a normal place in society(very noticeable mark).  To flip the fingers up showing the back of your hand means "F*** YOU, I am intact"  It carried over to the modern age and is the equivalent of flipping your middle finger up at a person.

Other than that the items you made were great!

I love the shirts (and also the fingers!)  The gesture as an insult spread from the UK, where it was originally a show of defiance by longbowmen - they were so powerful and feared in battle that any captured longbowman would have those fingers cut off to prevent him being able to fight again - so in battle the fingers would be waved at the enemy "ner ner, still got my bowfingers!"

I love that gesture  Grin

I finally have a wist!

I personally don't get offended easily (I practically live in a t-shirt that has writing in braille across the front that says "If you can read this get your hands off my tits").  Just made the comment in case you weren't aware of the meaning.  Don't worry about the post, just be sure you let the young lady in the pics know so she doesn't go around "flipping" people off unintentionally, lol.
