B/W drawstring backpack - Cat tribute

Just over a month ago, on my granddaughter's second birthday, my daughter's cat Nova passed away.  He had been my granddaughter's constant companion from her birth, and was generally a sweet boy.  When I heard the terms of this challenge, I knew immediately that I wanted to use my favorite photo and do a bag for my daughter (littlebiskit) as a memorial.

This is acrylic on a pre-made drawstring bag.  It was done by changing the photo to black and white on the computer, and printing it out.  I then cut out the appropriate portions, and used rubber cement to tack the pieces onto the bag.  I then traced the pieces, removed the paper, and used white acrylic to paint the images.  I had tried freehanding the image, but had problems with the spacing, so I think this method worked quite well.

The tagline of "Shhh...    ...Secrets" is just because we've always said the photo looked like Nova was imparting some sort of feline secrets to his best buddy.
