Now I want a sushi round even more! I am so jealous! What a lovely set! It that terry cloth for rice in the rolls? And how did she made those little shrimp sashimis? OMG! So, we will have to try and beg this woman to join us in our felting fun! She looks like she does amazing work!

Yep, it's terry cloth for the rice.  I pm'ed her a link to the sandwich round.  Yes, she is very talented.  It is even more amazing in person.  The salmon roe are glass beads.  love2teach

I guess that means you won't be passing them along to your niece. Little kids and glass beads don't mix well. I don't think I would have a problem with not allowing my daughter to play with that set. Its gorgeous!! I am also glad that your package arrived! YEAH!!!

Michala is almost 6 years old, so the beads wouldn't be a problem, but that sushi set is MINE...all mine.  It is definitely a display piece.  I'm going to be greedy with this one.

On another note, here's a photo of the beet and parsnip that Lady L sent for Michala.

Thank you Lady L.  They are fantastic.  The photo doesn't do justice to the detailing on the parsnip.  It has tiny french knots all over it for texture.  love2teach

New baby! Yeah! I love new baby. And, I don't hink anyone will blame you for not posting pictures until you are settled in the new place... I mean 2 year old twins, (who are probably starting to figure out that one can act as a look out while they other perpetrates the naughtyness), a newborn, and a move! Take you time sweety!
