I'm trying to make tents for a rabbit, ferret, and rat.
I can't seem to figure out where to get plastic or fiberglass splines(?) so it will stand up.
Anyone make one before?

try an outdoor supply store, most of them sell replacement tent poles that might sit yout needs. if that fails, try a thrift store. they might have old kiddie tents that you can recycle the poles from
