I recently had the most amazing sandwich of my life at this local coffee shop that also has a really nice sandwich menu. I decided to try and recreate the sandwich home with ingredients that are easy to find. I'd say it's 90% as delicious as the one from the coffee shop so that's pretty good!  Grin

The ingredients are:
-- Two slices of bread. I recommend something not too whole-wheaty because you don't want to overpower the flavors in the sandwich.
-- Half of a ripe avocado. I use Trader Joe's pre-peeled frozen avocados and it worked out great.
-- Soft spreadable goat cheese
-- Radishes
-- Some sort of crunchy sprouts. I used pea shoots here. The original sandwich had sunflower sprouts.

Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each piece of bread. Slice up and layer on the avocado and radishes. Sprinkle on the sprouts.

There you go! I hope someone finds this to be a yummy new sandwich to add to their repertoire. Smiley

If I liked radishes (I know I know) I'd be making myself one today!

And don't fret about the other 10%.  I'm pretty sure that the last 10% comes from the fact that sandwiches (like salads) always taste better when someone makes them FOR you.  Crafters always know that we like things we receive about 10% better than things we actually make.  It's like getting a gift!  That's why we like to swap so well!  LOL.   Wink

It's SO TRUE! Cheesy I hardly ever make sandwiches because it just ends up tasting boring. But when someone else makes the exact same thing it's somehow better. Why is that?! haha...

The avocados are great, actually! Just like a nice ripe avocado. There are two ways to let it thaw -- one is to just leave it in the fridge overnight and the other involves thawing it in hot water. I just let them thaw in the fridge.
