Okay, so this may not be so amazing to everyone else (y'all have mad sewing skills around here!) but.......this is a major deal to me! I can't believe I made this. I was actually trying to make a skirt for a smaller person, which it could still be, but I decided to try it on and it wouldn't go over my boobs. At first I was sad, but then I looked in the mirror and realized that it made a perfect strapless mini dress!

This is only my second t-shirt recon, and I'm so in love with it that I went to the thrift stores today and spent $50 on more tees because I have to make trillions more!

Sorry for the low quality of the pic and how crazy I look. It was late and it had been a long day of crafting. Oh, and yes, I do have a bra on under it due to lack of boobage. That's what the white straps are, they are not part of the dress.

Let me know what you think! Grin

great job Smiley the fabric for the sides matches so well with the actual design on the shirt

nice job! the bra does look like straps, but i think it kinda looks good like that, maybe you should add some! or just try it with your next round of tees.

I think it's awesome!! I should make one as well, but I'd have to wear a bra with it too because of the overabundance of boobage I have!

Again, well done!!!

The shirt can really be any size, because you can make the fabric panels as big as you want! You can just cut out the image you want from any shirt....
