I didn't see a gallery so I had to start one in order to gush about my fabulous package!!

Punky's mom, I can't tell you how much I adore what you sent.  Hopefully I'll get some pictures taken in the next day or so, but I really really love them all!!

She sent me 2 tea towels beautifully embroidered (I've, in fact, taken some pointers in from yours for my partner's stuff - see?  you benefit from my hectic life and being too late!!) with a little girl and one has a big butter knife and says 'silver' and the other has her arm in arm with a carrot and tomato.  It's really adorable.  She also sent cute red, white and blue loopy potholders (always good) and the cutest crocheted little dress for the dish soap bottle!

I can't wait to show you all pictures!  Thank you so much for organizing and sending such beautiful work my way, Punky's Mom!

Ok... Here are pictures, though now I feel like I should take more of the stuff actually *in* my kitchen and in action, so that may come later.  (hooray for my new digital camera!)

Hooray!  I love the stuff that I got from HawaiiLove.  It was great!!!  I got some apple magnets, yellow gingham pot holders with apple buttons, a plastic bag holder, and an apple charm thing to hang from the light in the kitchen!  It was great, and it all looks so great in the kitchen!  Hooray, again!  FYI...I don't have a picture of the plastic bag holder...will post one as soon as I download from the camera

I hope everything was ok MemphisMama. I had a hard time being creative with this swap because of the red/yellow thing (yellow is a challenging color for me). I was worried you would think gingham was too country but it was the only retroish fabric I could find.

I got my lovely package from erin. I got two knit potholders and a set of eight napkins with really cute stritching. Thank you!!!

AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!  My partner kitschlover kicks ass!!!  I have to tell you, I have the SAME booklet that these pictures came from -- well, I think I have maybe a different year or something, because my book has the same style of pictures, but not the same pictures that you used!  The Metropolitan Cook Book (as in Metropolitan Life Insurance).  I've been dying to do something crafty with those pictures for years, because I think they are the cutest cartoon foods I've ever seen, but I've never gotten around to it!  Check it out:

framed pic for my kitchen wall and adorable napkins!  I love it love it love it!  Thank you so much!  Are the napkins made of a sheet or something?  I would love to make more of them to go with, although it looks like maybe you have a serger?

Oh, and in the framed pic, coincidentally 2 of my favorite things are tea and pie, and I think a pie getting a pie in the face is hilarious, because, well, I'm that way.

They are embroidered (with a machine I think Huh) and have ribbon on them. They are very cute.
