I learned something while making this bag...

It is very difficult to adhere fusible anything to flannel!  Eventually it all worked out but only after a very hot iron and more time than usual.  If you want to use flannel on a bag and you need to interface it, be sure to use a very hot iron, and you'll need to hold the iron to the fabric longer than you would for normal calico fabric.  It just seems to take longer for the flannel to melt. 

So, I had a custom order for one of my leapster bags.  There is a little girl somewhere who loves pink, purple, and Tinkerbell.  With those three items in mind, here is what I came up with. 



Open...
the flap is not crooked...not sure why it looks that way in the photo though.  Bugs me!


the inside...there are no pockets inside.  The only pocket is the zipper under the flap.  This is for holding the games.  The main bag is just the right size to hold the leapster game system.
