I had a thought of having groups of seven and sending seven inchies to each person.
A few questions though.....
can there be someone who volunteers to be co-organiser just for that group, and keeps track of everything just for that group and gets the organiser's help if there are any problems?
I know co-organisers usually come in after 20 or so people, but i think this would make it a whole easier on everyone and less confusing for the organiser.
Did that make sense? Is it possible?

I really like that better than five inchies to ten people!

I REALLY think this is an awesome idea. I think there could be one person from each group who watches over their entire group. It really is soo confusing organizing this swap, but I totally would be up for it if this could be how it works. But I really think it might be a little hard to get everyone to cooperate/get someone to volunteer, maybe having at least one veteran inchie maker in each group and that is the co-org.

Yes, please!
And I would totally be able to co-org a small group, rather than a group of several groups!
Great idea, mel.

Ok if we did do it like this, and I'm pretty sure we will be, should we do it with seven people in a group with seven inchies to each partner, or should we do something more like 8 people in each group to make five groups (if there are 40 people, and I totally refuse to have more than that if I organize), or maybe only allow 35 people to sign up and have five groups of seven, each sending seven and that would give us a nice 49 count, which alot of people have commented about wanting!!!
Also what would be nice about this is less envelopes to send/keep track of, instead of the 360 envies going out there would only be 210, thats a big difference (150)! That also cheeper!!
So we would just need two more co-orgs, that is if smmarrt and melmakespretty would like to co-org with me. But it is a little sad because I wanted to swap inchies with both of you, expecially if I got one of you avatar inchies smmarrt, they are really cute, I was thinking of doing my own next round, I'm thinking about carving a stamp with my avatar too!

I'd be in for sure.
Ooh I like your idea about carving stamps. that would look cool.
I don't think it would be too hard to find two more co-organisers.
I got alot of more old childrens books from my MIL so I'm set....

I totally didn't mean to kick you out, if you want to organize go ahead, I'm really not ready for it yet anyway! For some reason I had thought smmarrt had started the thread.
