My niece & nephew just turned 2 & 3 so I made them each hooded towels. She's a fan of Yo Gabba Gabba, so it was a Brobee towel for her, & he love police & firemen, so I made a police towel for him. I love how they came out! Now if only I could make time to make one for my own child!

I love this.  I used to have one as a kid, it was a giraffe and to this day I still wish I had it.

Your niece and nephew will love and remember these!

those are great!  what a wonderful idea... you have the time to make one for your child!  I bet they didn't take much more then half an hour!

I don't watch Yo Gabba Gabba so I'm not really familiar with the characters. The first picture I found was him frowning so I thought that's how he always was. Oops! I looked up more pictures later & realized it, but hopefully my niece doesn't mind. I'd definitely do a SMILING Brobee if I do one again!  Grin

You're right, they don't take long at all. I just have to get motivated (& time!) to do one for my son. I'm thinking maybe Spongebob? It's always easier making things for other people 'cause there's a deadline (I did these the day before their birthday party).. maybe I should make a deadline for myself to make one for my son!  Smiley

oh gosh, do I ever know what you mean!    i've been forcing myself to craft for me and my kids lately... I'm always making other people stuff.  Nap time is always a good time to craft.  And those dishes and laundry will still be there when  your done.  i've learned to be mildly neglectful of things like that.  Craft first, clean later LOL  Sponge bob sounds like a wonderful towel, very puny too!
