Tattooed Mugs for Coworker's Family

I decided to do a craft swap with one of my super-crafty coworkers.  He's really into tattoos and I saw this post and knew exactly what I was going to do.  Coincidentally, my coworker has that same mug (pre-revamping).

I decided to do some tattoo mugs for his family (him, his wife and 2 daughters). I thought I'd do the "mom" type tattoo for him and his wife and swallows for his kids. 

I really like how they turned out...but I'm a terrible photographer.. so these photos don't do them justice.




the front of all of them (blown out... blurry or blown out were the choices. I picked this one).


grr. this is blurry — it's the back of the mugs. I'm going to take better photos before I give them away. We weren't going to actually swap until he gets back from vacation in a week and a half...but I'm so impatient, I had to post on craftster!

Oooooo these are so awesome. Old school tattoo things are THE best. Especially in conjunction with mugs. I love mugs. And tattoos. 

One question though- Is one of the kids named "Tuna"?

It's Juna. I can't remember who the kids are named after, but they're both creative names.

I used Pebeo Porcelaine paint and markers.
